I worked with Lisa starting in late March to look for a home for my wife, Nancy, and me.
She sat down with us and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted in a home, and we were pretty specific in what we were looking for. She was able to send us several homes to look at after that that she said didn't quite meet our parameters but would give us an idea of what was available in the market.In late April, she had sent us several homes in the neighborhood that we wanted to move to, and we decided to go look at them with her. So, on May 4 th, she picked us up and drove to Braselton to look at the 3 homes she had, and on the way, she said that another one had just gone on the market, so we added it to our list. I'm glad we did as that was the one that was perfect for us. It was a little higher than we had originally budgeted for, but within our price range. We told her that we wanted to make an offer on it and she guided us through the process and even asked the other realtor if there was anything specific that the current owners were looking for. They wanted the ability to stay in the house after the sale for a couple of weeks, as they were finishing up building a new home and we gave her our okay, and 2 days later we were under contract.Lisa stayed in touch with through the whole process and it was the smoothest home sale that I have ever been involved with. She arranged for the inspection and met us up there to do the walk through for that and the final time before closing. I would highly recommend Lisa for anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and that's the next step for us, to list our house for sale in a few weeks. Lisa is the consummate professional and I would definitely refer her services.

She went at the drop of a hat to visit new properties and while selling ours, she met the contractors for us that needed access to the home so that we could meet the requirements of the buyer. The agent of the buyer told us she was very protective over us and did extreme research on every detail. She made our experience so smooth. We will deffinitely refer her to all of our friends and family. As final special touch she gave us a framed oil painting of that house se sold as a closing gift. She knew that home held so many memories. Just details like that are hard to find.

I used to get flyers of neighborhood sales in my area that is how I first heard of her.
Lisa went above and beyond in getting my house sold. She helped me with so many little things and big things also such as fixing things like a handle on a toilet, replacing a board on a deck and rekeying door locks. Her son even helped me move things to my new house. She held many open houses which exposed the house to prospective buyers. I do not think I could have had a more able agent than Lisa.
